Anytime I’m wanting a simple & chic summer look, I stick to this easy formula: feminine blouse + tailored shorts + strappy pumps. It’s a combination that always looks polished whether you’re headed to an afternoon meeting or having brunch with friends. I love the ruffled detail on this blouse & at less than $30, it was too good to pass up! It’s one of those tops that will work now with shorts & later in the season with slim trousers or faux leather pants (also office-friendly!).
