Perfect Pairings: Plaid

I grew up in a house that was mainly decorated in red tartan and with a mom who dressed me in plaid almost year-round…which is why I had such an aversion to it in my late teens & early twenties.  However, I am now (finally) coming back around & have a greater appreciation for this traditional print – especially when it’s styled in a more modern way & offset by slightly edgier pieces.  Today I’m sharing two of my personal favorite ways to wear it for the season & I’ve also included dozens of budget-friendly options for you below so you can shop the trend!
